Some properties have serious potential locked behind years of overgrowth and zero access. That was exactly the situation here. We teamed up with our friends at New Era Habitat Services to take on a dense, overgrown stretch of wooded property - cutting new travel routes and opening up two separate areas for wildlife food plots.

The work starts with the right equipment. We ran our John Deere 35G mini excavator through some pretty tight timber to get this done without tearing up the surrounding landscape. A compact machine like that lets us work in areas where a full-size excavator simply can't go. It gives us control - and control matters when you're working between trees you want to keep standing.

Here's the thing about projects like this - they're not just about clearing brush. When you open up travel corridors through a property, you're improving how wildlife moves through it. Food plots give deer and other animals a reason to stay. Better access means the landowner can actually use and enjoy the land they own. It all connects.

The cleared areas speak for themselves. Stumps pulled, debris moved, ground opened up and ready for food plot installation. What was dense, impenetrable overgrowth is now usable, functional land. That kind of change has real long-term value - for the property and for the wildlife on it.

Whether you're managing a hunting property, trying to reclaim overgrown acreage, or just need trails cut in for access, we have the equipment and the experience to handle it. Land clearing, food plot prep, trail cutting - it's all in our wheelhouse.
